We had a wonderful time during our romantic escape in the mountains! The spacious rooms were very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The communal dining room was also a nice feature, providing a friendly atmosphere to meet other guests. We appreciated the shuttle service that made it easy to move around the area, and the stunning mountain views made our stay truly unforgettable. It was also a plus that the hotel provided many outdoor activities to keep us occupied, such as skiing and hiking.
We expected there to be more than one soaking pool available, and the cost-cutting measures implemented by the new owners were noticeable in the quality of the food and drink being served. It also would have been useful to know in advance that the hot spring bath would be unavailable at certain times during our stay.

Located in the stunning mountainous region, the hotel provides a picturesque view of the surroundings. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms, which were well-maintained and had cozy beds. the staff members were courteous, made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable, and were quick to address our concerns. the breakfast spread was scrumptious and had a decent variety of options.
We felt that the onsen facilities could have been more spacious and diverse to cater to all guests' needs.
